8 PART 6 How to set / Reset PIN ID Pin ID (orders code) is a code to confirm orders/cancel orders for internet trading only. You can set your PIN ID by yourself and can change it later at a the KTZMICO website. Simply click on RESET PIN ID In case of your PIN ID had locked (The system will be locked automatically if you input wrong PIN code for 5 times continuously.) or Forgot your PIN ID. 14 PART 8 Trading Account When you want to check your account s information with internet system no matter stock position (PORT), Buying limit confirmation report, historical data etc. even order stock online you can do that with KTZMICO website through Trading account menu Each part included (Part 1) Display Account Code, Account Name, Buying Limit and on your right side (Today s Trade) will show Net value on that day (Part 2) Your stocks information (Part 3) Display the movement of the index: SET SET50 and recent market s status. Under the main menu Trading account there are many functions follows: 1. Account Info (PORT) You can check your account information under menu Account info the page will display your account information such as Buying limit, Portfolio etc, Stock : Name of securities Trus. : Type of order Normal or NVDR On Hand : the volume of securities on hand Sellable : the volume of sellable securities Avg. : Average price of stock Last : Last price of securities in the market Cost : the cost of securities purchased 14

Value : Recent net value of securities Profit / Loss : Profits and losses are expected to receive % P/L : Profits and losses are expected to receive a percentage Type : Type of securities, ex. Type R etc. XD Date : Display XD date Today Chg : The difference between the current price and the previous day's closing price. ** Whenever the information not updated, select updated to refresh data ** 2. Order Info customer can order stocks, check status of order or cancel order pass this menu The page is divided into 3 parts: Order Entry, View Order and Price Check (1) Order Entry: customer can order stocks pass this menu (only internet trading account ) Stock : Put name of securities that you want to order Side : select type of order ( Buy or sell ) Qty (Quantity) : input quantity Price : Put the price you want to buy. The price is subject to the spread of any such securities and no more or less than the ceiling/floor of the day NVDR : Select when you want to order NVDR PIN ID : Put your PIN ID Select Send order the system will show confirm box to make sure your order, click confirm to order the securities Remark: If you don t need to confirm order select at Don t Show confirm page (2) View Order : The table display your order and status of each securities that have been set in order after trading you can check status of stock from Status slot When order has matched : Status will show to M and should check on Done channel to see time, quantity and price that has match ( point mouse to Done channel ) When want to cancel order : select at Cancel in stock, put your Pin id after that the status of stock will change to X ** Whenever the information not updated, select updated to refresh data ** 15

16 Below are definitions of symbols shown in the "Status" column. Status M O PO X R Meaning Matched The order has already been executed all or partly on the Exchange. Open The order is sent to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and is in the queue awaiting matching. Pending Order The order is pending by the system and not yet submits to the market. Cancelled The order is cancelled by the customer. Rejected The order is rejected by the system. Please recheck your order. You may have input the incorrect stock symbol, or the price you input is not in a range between the ceiling and floor. (3) Price Check: Display information of each stock in real time To see the current price and Bid-Offer of individual securities select "Price Check" 16

Today Trade Summary The securities will be listed with a purchase / sale of securities in the account in summary, purchases, sales, and real-net separating the purchasing and sales ** This page will list only the date of purchase / sale that actually occurred ** 4. Today Realized P/L Display profit and loss statement of stock that has sold (Realized) - Unrealized: Show profit / loss that expected to receive based on current market value (not include commissions and VAT) - Realized: Show profit / loss actually occurred that day which must arise 17

18 5. Historical Realized P/L Show the income of securities are sold, Profit/ lost will be calculated with the total cost in your portfolio. This report is available only for the past 60 days. *** Only the sale of securities occurs if there are only purchase order the detail will not show in this zone *** 6. Credit Balance All of Credit Balance s account information 7. Cash Report You can check the movement of cash flows reported in the trading account that has occurred for the past 60 days. Please specify date in that Cash report based on the settlement of securities and when a deposit or withdrawal will show in this zone. 18

Confirm Report If you have to send orders either online or through the marketing staff you can check the summary of trading from the page Confirm Report the table will show confirmation data only purchase/ sale date only. This report is available only for the past 60 days. You can view a trading confirmation by press at the reference number of document in each date. The documents will show details of the actual securities are traded on the day, the page will show quantity of stock, price/unit, Gross Amt, Commission, VAT Net Amount, total BOUGHT/SOLD amount are included 19

20 9. Transfer Funds To transfer funds online pass KTZMICO website you can use the menu Transfer Funds within menu trading account. Customers who want to use this service have to apply first and must have a bank account specified, Including the consent payment must be approved by the bank already. (This service is available only for clients who have a bank account with Krung Thai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank and who intend to transfer funds from his/her bank account to a stock trading account via KT ZMICO's website.) - Siam Commercial Bank (SIPs) - Kasikorn Bank (ODD-SSO) - Krung Thai Bank (CGP) To transfer fund you have to fill the detail into Debit Account Request to confirm the process after that your Buying Limit will increase the amount of transfer in about minutes 20

Transfer Report To view the transfer of securities from this menu, This report is available for the previous 60 days. 11.Historical Data To check the history of trading that occurs on your account or market can check with this function (1) Historical Trading The history of the securities, the highest trading price, minimum, average prices, trading volume and trading value of the period specified 21

23 Part 9 ONLINE SERVICES When customer want to do cash deposit notification, cash withdrawal or transfer stock you are able to complete the transaction on menu Online service 1. Cash Deposit Notification Before trading, your portfolio will have buying limit first so if customer deposit money to KT ZMICO account already (Via ATM,Bank counter or E-banking) the payment must be added on KT ZMICO website on menu Cash Deposit Notification to adjust the amount in the account How to use Cash Deposit Notification menu Login to a website then go to online service menu select Cash Deposit Notification Fill in the details, accurate and complete such as contact number, Date & Time, The amount transferred ( in figure), The amount transferred(in word ), Currency etc. After that select a channel for money transfer then select Deposit to KT ZMICO Securities Company Limited For Client Submit to notify your deposit if the information completed you will receive confirmation notifications from the company **** In case you can not get confirmation notifications please check you use to get password on that from KT ZMICO and the match with your recent or not**** After we receive your deposit notification, your buying limit will be updated equivalent to your deposit according to the schedule below: Notification Time Update Time Before pm. no later than 2.00 pm. on the same day From pm pm. no later than 9.30 a.m. the next working day Remarks : Note that the above update times may not apply for overseas remittances. 23

Cash Withdrawal When you want to withdraw your money online you have to login on KT ZMICO website go to online service select withdrawal then complete your information accurately and completely, Included the purpose of the withdrawal and how to get paid. *** In case your choose To withdraw and transfer fund to my bank account or To close a trading account you must select Receiving Method too *** Click Preview the system will display your filled information for confirm please input your password to confirm and click Submit to confirm the withdrawal in online transaction After you Submit you will receive confirmation notifications from the company ** In case you cannot get confirmation notifications please check you use to get password on that from KT ZMICO and the match with your recent or not** After company got your withdrawal form, company will transfer money to your account on next day or within 3 days Depending on the procedure for settlement of securities 25

Transfer Stock The transfer of securities through the online system can be done in the case of a transfer of securities between accounts within the KT ZMICO account and transfer of securities under the same account name only. How to Scripless transfer to other accounts within KT ZMICO You can transfer stock from account C to I (internet) or I (internet) to C through the online system 1. Login to KT ZMICO website then go to online service menu, select Transfer stock and choose Scripless transfer to the same account name 2. Please input your contact number and then select the account you want to transfer such as account C to account I and Click Next 3. The system will show all of your stock in your portfolio please select stock and put the volume that you want to transfer then click Submit the system will save your transfer. Remark: securities are recorded in the account to transfer the payment for the securities (T +3) and only if the item is paid, securities will be reflected in the next day. 26

27 4. Request for ATS Deduction Provides clearing services and put money into a savings account automatically to pay for the securities. Customers will fill information for all channels. The purpose of the payment transactions is required. Click Preview to check and confirm your request by put your password then choose Submit ***Company will send your ATS deduction scheduled in such order.the debit transaction will appear in your bank after the company is sending data to approximately minutes, you can check with the bank account to reconcile the bank branch. 27
